Came across this recipe while searching for Native foods. Sound real good!4 mangos, peeled, seeded and diced
2 red bell peppers, seeded and julienned
4 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro leaves
Juice from 2 limes
2 jalapeņo chili peppers, seeded and chopped
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
In a bowl, combine all of the ingredients and toss well. Serve immediately.
Your suppose to serve it with grilled pork or beef.
