I am booking a trip to th Cayman Islands around Hurricane season (October). I am worried about how the weather will be during that time. Do I have any reasons to worry about hurricanes?

I really try to go in April/May. I hear that weather isn't always sunny skies during the hurricane season.

I would suggest that you pay attention to the weather and travel reports. Flights will be cancel and islands will be evacuated if there's any bad weather.

Well, it will be hurricane season but there probably still will be a lot of pleasant weather. You may get some rain and wind.

Thanks for the advice! I am sure that everything will be fine. The news reporter scared me a little when he said that we will be having a busy hurricane season.
