Bookings to Stingray City have declined sharply ever since Steve Irwin was killed. I would love to visit here someday. I'm sure it would be an experience like none other.

I even read that some stingrays have been killed in retaliation of STeve Irwin's death. They are just harmless creatures. I hope that more people will book these tours and not be afraid of them.

That's a real shame. Because the last thing Steve would have wanted is for people to now fear stringrays. They are normally really docile! I read how Bindi [Steve's daughter] said for her show, she wants to swim with stingrays and show the world that stingrays are good. Awww!

Yes, I'm sure that if he would have had a choice on how to die, it would have been doing what he loved the most. Working with animals and nature.

I think what happened to Steve Irwin was just a rare occurance, and will probably not happen again for quite sometime. It is terrible that there are people out there killing god's innocent creatures over something that is completely natural.

I agree with you Steve-O. I know that Steve Irwin doesn't want us to fear stingrays. (I'm a big fan and I was so sad when he passed away.)

Anyway, if ever I go back to Cayman Island, I'll visit Stingray City.
