Do I need to be a resident of Florida to form a Florida Corporation?

Basically you certainly have to be a resident of Florida to do so, because you will have to put and devote your time to that corporation that you are to put up, right? It would be convenient if you do reside in the said place. But it all depends to you and to your preference. You can check out the net for more information regarding those matters. Have a good day.
