I know it is currently winter in Miami so is the tourism down right now? What is the best month to go to Miami for a vacation? When will the weather be most cooperative because we would like to stay at a beachfront hotel.

I would suggest spring or sumemrtime if you wanted to swim. Summertime would have more tourists though. So if you wanted to avoid that, maybe mid to late springtime?

I have always wanted to visit Miami. I think late fall after hurricane season or spring would be a good time to go. I thought February would be warm, but it is not.

It kind of depends. I have been to Miami in February and have had a good time. I don't like to go in the summer because it is always so crowded. I can sometimes get a better rate on hotels when I go during the late fall or early spring.
