Safest Travel Spots in the Carribean

I would like to know the safest areas to travel with children. My sister in laws are planning a family vacation for when their kids get out of school. They want to go to a beach resort that truly accomodates children. They have been thinking either a disney cruise or possibly Hawaii. Any other suggestions would be helpful.

For safety, I would recommend San Andres, Colombia. Though I don't think they have a "beach resort" like you are thinking.
You might look into the Hotel Maryland though. The Aquarium is much more interesting.
